You can now accept local payments through OxPay, a MAS-licensed digital payment provider built for speed and scale.
OxPay supports credit and debit cards, online banking, mobile payments, and instalment plans—including Alipay, WeChat Pay, GrabPay, China UnionPay, Quickpass, and PayNow.
2. [Order] Auto-Generated Order Names for External Sales Channels
Manually renaming orders across multiple channels like Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and Instagram? Not anymore.
Now, when an order comes from an external channel like Shopee, the original order ID (e.g. 220427MXQW5WP2) will automatically appear in EasyStore—making it easier to identify and track, e.g. 220427MXQW5WP2 (#2213).

Facebook Live just got more powerful in EasyStore. You can now manage your livestream directly from the Live Control Room.
During your Facebook Live, you can:
Reply to comments in real-time
Message customers via Messenger

2. [Payment] More Payment Options via Omise
Omise has a refreshed UI, making it easier for customers to pay via desktop or mobile. It supports various payment methods:
Malaysia: FPX, Visa/Mastercard, and major banks like Affin, Alliance, AmBank, Bank Islam, and moreThailand: Internet banking, Alipay, Installment plans, PromptPay, Rabbit LINE Pay, TrueMoney, and more
3. [Sales Channel] Instagram Live – Smarter Admin Tools
Instagram Live now works just like Facebook Live in EasyStore's Live Control Room.
During the livestream:
Respond to comments instantly
Send checkout links via Instagram Direct
Edit customer carts in real time
After the livestream:
Review performance (carted vs. completed orders)
Follow up with unpaid orders via Instagram or Messenger
