E-commerce has changed dramatically during COVID-19, and it will likely continue to do so in 2022. Although online payments (like e-wallets, online banking, and QR payments) are on the rise, people are still going to go shopping offline.
Here at EasyStore, we’ve also been hard at work. To help you run your business, we have developed new tools and improved existing ones.

1. [Payment] New payment method: OxPay
Are you selling/going to sell to Singapore? Here we got you prepared! 2. [Order] Adding order name for non-’Online store’ orders
One of the measures for evaluating a business is the amount of orders. And the quantity of orders will increase every day, but it will never be ideal. It means that manually changing the order name is becoming more difficult.
We know a lot of merchants are selling on multiple sales channels, like Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, and more. There is no doubt that you will need specific information in order to segment and see your orders easier.
That’s why we provide make it easier for your order names.
For example, if you sell on Shopee, you might like to keep the order name to your orders that come from Shopee, such as 220427MXQW5WP2. Then you order will come through with order name such as 220427MXQW5WP2 (#2213).
Feature enhancements
1. [Sales channel] Facebook Live | Improvements to Facebook Live admin experience
Several enhancements have been made to make live streaming management easier for EasyStore merchants, both existing and new.
During livestream, you can do the following actions in EasyStore Live Control Room:
- Reply to comments in the livestream
- Send message to customers through Messenger in EasyStore
- Edit shopping cart and send checkout link
After livestream, you can always:
- Review the sales performance (including number of orders in shopping cart, orders placed, orders sold and total sales)
- Manage all the comments during livestream in EasyStore

- Send message to customers through Instagram Message in EasyStore
- Edit shopping cart and send checkout link
After livestream, you can always:
- Review the sales performance (including number of orders in shopping cart, orders placed, orders sold and total sales)
- Manage all the comments during livestream in EasyStore
- Send checkout link for unpaid order through Instagram Message (or Messenger)

4. [Email templates] A new and improved pre-built email layout
Email marketing is crucial for achieving business success. A good email design catches the readers eye and entices them to keep reading once they open the email, including welcome email and order status email.
You’ll find the following new things in email layout:
- Minimalist style of interface: Sending a neat and clean email to your customers, either greeting the or updating them on their orders
- Standardization of spacing and alignment: This makes your content in either welcome email or order status email is easy to read and convenient to check, especially for mobile users.
5. [Theme] Added icon in theme editor for easy to understand
It’s very possible that many of you aren’t finding the settings to change your site icon or add video for your store in EasyStore theme editor.
That’s why we added icons to each section as to how to make changes on your online store.
