Setting Up Shipping Zones for Specific Delivery Areas
We understand that most food and beverage businesses don’t deliver across an entire state. Often, delivery is limited to areas that on-demand services can reach.
With EasyStore, you can set up shipping zones by Country, State, or Postcode. For localised deliveries, we recommend using postcode-based zones.
Example:If your business is based in Shah Alam and you only deliver fresh produce within Shah Alam, you can set your store to only accept orders from those postcodes.
Good news — you don’t have to enter postcodes one by one.Use a website like World Postal Code to get the list of postcodes for your area.
This ensures only customers within your covered areas can place orders and checkout.
Tips:
Go to Shipping Settings > Add Shipping Zone→ Insert zone name (e.g. Shah Alam)→ Select country (e.g. Malaysia)→ Paste postcodes→ Enter→ Set your delivery charge.
Set delivery charges based on weight, per order, per item, or quantity.
Encourage bigger purchases by offering free shipping when customers spend above a certain amount.
Integrate with Lalamove Malaysia, Ninjavan, or EasyParcel for automated fulfillment — auto-filling customer details and printing airway bills directly.
Once an order is fulfilled, tracking information is automatically emailed to your customers.
