SELANGOR, 4 October 2023 – After a four-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Exabytes eCommerce Conference (EEC) made a powerful return.

EEC 2023—jointly organized by Exabytes Network Sdn. Bhd, EasyStore and EasyParcel—was held on 3 October 2023 at the prestigious Berjaya Times Square Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. 

Recognized as Malaysia’s leading eCommerce event, the conference brought together more than 193 business owners, entrepreneurs, and industry experts from sectors including Retail, Healthcare, F&B, and Technology.

With year-end mega campaigns on the horizon, Ecommerce Marketing Expert Cikgu Anna Aziz shared her formula for success on Shopee—drawing from her personal experience of achieving six-figure sales during the 11.11 campaign. 

She offered actionable advice on campaign planning, listing optimization, and strategic ad bidding.

Following that, Lazada Seller Ambassador Quan Ming detailed his journey from seller to ambassador and provided key insights on utilizing the Lazada platform to boost brand visibility and drive conversions.

Bridging Offline to Online Commerce
