1. [POS]: Price Override During Checkout
EasyStore’s POS system now supports price overrides during checkout.
For special occasions where customers are eligible for specific pricing, such as bulk purchases, quick price adjustments, special discounts, or on-the-spot price-matching, this feature allows staff to easily override prices without needing to access the admin panel.
How it works:
- Add items to the cart during checkout.
- Select the product in the cart.
- Tap on "Unit Price."
- Enter the new price and confirm.
Customers enjoy a quicker checkout experience when staff can respond flexibly to their needs, delivering faster and friendlier service every time.
2. [Orders]: View Marketplace Orders Within Past 3 Months
Starting October 2024, the order listing for marketplace channels including Shopee and Lazada will display only orders placed within the past 3 months.
This change helps streamline order management, allowing merchants to focus on recent transactions and priortise active sales data by limiting the view to the last three months.
By narrowing the order view to the last three months, merchants can more easily manage active sales data and focus on recent customer needs without the distraction of outdated transactions.
3. [Orders]: Shopee Order Listing Compliance Updates
To align with Shopee’s latest policy updates, we’ve implemented changes to how Shopee orders are displayed in Order Listing.
These adjustments are designed to ensure full compliance with Shopee’s privacy and data protection guidelines, while still providing a seamless experience for businesses managing their orders. Here's a breakdown of the changes you can expect:
- For orders placed within the last 3 months: The customer’s name will be masked to align with Shopee’s privacy policy.
- For orders older than 3 months: The Shopee order number and Shopee icon will no longer be displayed, but the customer’s name will be unmasked.
- When using the Shopee filter: The maximum selectable date for filtering orders will now be limited to 3 months.
These changes ensure that your order listing remains compliant with Shopee’s guidelines while maintaining a smooth and secure experience for all customers.
4. [Report]: New Filter for Product & Variant Performance
Need more insight into what your customers are buying? The product and variant report provides just that with new filters including collections, brands, vendors, and tags.
Now, you can easily analyze sales data, including units sold and profit margins, to make more informed decisions for your next launch—bringing in products your customers truly love.
5. [Channels - FB & IG Live]: Quick Order Creation
When customers shop through Facebook and Instagram Live events with businesses using EasyStore, they can simply comment a preset "product code," which will automatically add items to their cart.
EasyStore will then generate a checkout link for them, making the shopping experience quick and seamless.
Now, in the event that customers are unable to access or lose the link, the new "Quick Order Creation" feature will automatically generate an order with the items in their cart.
Staff can then continue to facilitate payment from there, ensuring customers receive the products they want without delay.
6. [Channels - Shopping App]: App Download Banner
This new Shopping App Download Banner appears automatically when the shopping app is enabled, making it easier for customers to connect with their favorite brands on the go.
Customers can now easily download the store’s shopping app with a single click, giving them quick access to shop, get exclusive offers, and stay updated—all from their mobile devices.
7. [App]: The Exchange TRX GTO Integration
If you're planning to expand into the happening The Exchange TRX Mall, our GTO integration ensures your daily transaction data is automatically synced to the mall’s system every night at 11:40 PM.
Say goodbye to manual reporting and focus on delivering the best shopping experience to your customers at your TRX outlet or pop-ups.
8. [App]: Queensbay Mall GTO Integration
Ready to take your business to Queensbay Mall in Penang? With EasyStore’s GTO integration, your store’s sales data will be automatically synced every night, saving you time and effort on manual reporting.
This smooth integration ensures that your sales management is easy and efficient, allowing you to focus on providing the best customer experience.
