The event opened with a session by Nor Affira, who shared valuable strategies for growing a brand via TikTok Live. With over a decade of corporate experience and five years in ecommerce, her expertise was deeply practical.

She broke down TikTok’s Live Funnel and outlined six key steps to follow before going live:

  • Crafting an engaging live title and cover

  • Promoting the live session effectively

  • Preparing a curated product list

  • Strategically selecting and presenting products

  • Setting the right environment

  • Structuring a live script for smooth delivery

Participants learned about factors influencing Live Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)—from Go-Live Diligence to Viewer Watch Time and Interaction Rates. Affira also shared methods to boost visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversion during live sessions.
