Held at the Sheraton Hotel PJ, the summit centered around the theme “Unified Commerce: Reshaping Your Retailing.” Throughout the full-day summit, attendees engaged in main hall sessions that featured panel discussions, fireside chats, and successful merchants who shared insightful case studies on transformative retail strategies, alongside interactive workshops in breakout tracks.

With a focus on unified commerce, omni-channel integrations, and customer-centric approaches, the summit provided a roadmap for retailers aiming to enhance customer experiences.
