What is the WhatsApp/LINE Order Form?
It’s a shareable link (e.g. https://easy.co/5xco6v) that opens a form showcasing your product catalog.
Customers can select products, submit their order via WhatsApp or LINE, and even complete payment through a checkout link — all without you needing to track messages manually.
When customers proceed to checkout, an order is auto-generated in your EasyStore admin panel.
What Can This Feature Do for You?
1. One-Click Order Placement
Some customers prefer talking to a real person instead of dealing with a chatbot.
With this order form, they can view your product selection, place an order, and chat with you — all in one click via WhatsApp or LINE.
2. Auto-Create Orders
Once a customer submits their order through the form, they’ll receive a link to continue the purchase.
They can proceed to payment immediately or wait for your confirmation.
Either way, once they proceed, an order is automatically created in your EasyStore dashboard.
3. Auto-Update Payment Status
If the customer uses an online payment method (e.g. via FPX or credit card), the payment status is auto-updated and marked as Paid.
You’ll be notified, and so will your customer.
This reduces the need for manual verification — unless you're using manual payment options like bank transfer.
4. Auto-Capture Customer Information
Every order captures and saves customer details directly into your EasyStore CRM.
Use this data for customer service, marketing, and re-engagement campaigns.
5. Follow Up with Abandoned Orders
Did someone message but never checked out?
Their data will be stored as an abandoned checkout, so you can follow up using their phone number or email address.
6. New: Display Multiple Product Images
You can now showcase all uploaded images for each product, including variant-specific visuals.
This gives your customers a clearer, more complete shopping experience.
How Can Customers Place an Order?
1. Click on your WhatsApp or LINE Order Form link
2. Fill in their details and choose products
3. Select shipping and payment methods
4. Place the order — and you’ll be notified immediately in your admin panel
