EasyStore October 2024 Product Updates
[POS] Price Override During Checkout
EasyStore’s POS system now supports price overrides during checkout—ideal for bulk purchases, special discounts, or on-the-spot price matching.
Staff can now adjust product pricing directly in the checkout flow without needing admin access.
How it works:
Add items to the cart.
Tap on the product in the cart.
Select “Unit Price” and enter the new price.
This update enables quicker and more personalized service at checkout.
[Orders] View Marketplace Orders From the Past 3 Months
To streamline order management, the order listing for marketplace channels like Shopee and Lazada will now show only the past 3 months of transactions.
This update helps businesses focus on recent sales activity, reduce clutter, and better prioritize customer needs
[Orders] Shopee Order Listing Compliance Update
To comply with Shopee’s latest privacy guidelines, we’ve updated how Shopee orders appear:
- Orders within the last 3 months: Customer names are masked per Shopee’s data policy.
- Orders older than 3 months: The Shopee icon and order number are hidden, but the customer name will be unmasked.
- Shopee filter: You can now filter Shopee orders only within the last 3 months.
These changes ensure compliance while maintaining a smooth order management experience.
[Reports] New Filters for Product & Variant Performance
Want deeper insights into sales performance?
You can now filter product and variant reports by collections, brands, vendors, and tags.
This update helps merchants analyze units sold, profit margins, and customer trends more effectively—so you can make data-driven decisions for your next product launch.
[Channels – Facebook & Instagram Live] Quick Order Creation
Selling via FB or IG Live?
When customers comment with a preset product code, EasyStore automatically adds the item to their cart and generates a checkout link.
With the new Quick Order Creation feature, if customers lose or can’t access the link, the system will auto-generate an order.
Staff can then proceed with payment collection, ensuring customers never miss a sale.
[Channels – Shopping App] App Download Banner
Make it easier for customers to connect with your brand through your shopping app.
When enabled, the app download banner will appear automatically, allowing customers to install your app with one click.
This ensures better engagement, quick mobile access, and a smoother shopping experience.
[App] The Exchange TRX GTO Integration
Planning to open a store in The Exchange TRX Mall?
EasyStore now supports GTO integration with TRX, syncing your daily sales to the mall’s system every night at 11:40 PM.

EasyStore now supports automated GTO data syncing for this location as well, helping you eliminate manual reporting while staying compliant with mall requirements.
