Ushering in Ramadan & Raya Sales with EasyStore's New Retail Solution

The recent Pre-Raya Merchant Appreciation Lunch was a success. The event was aimed at bringing together merchants and experts in the retail industry to discuss the latest trends and best practices.
The event kicked off with a sharing by EasyStore partner, UOB Malaysia, about business banking and financing solutions specific for retail businesses.
We then went to a fireside chat with EasyStore’s Head of Marketing and Umair Izzati from Karolina, selling traditional Nusantara products.
Some key points of the session:

#3) Consumers want the convenience of finding information and shopping online but also want to be able to experience the product physically and get it immediately. That’s why retail businesses must start implementing online-merge-offline (OMO) strategies.
