Empowering Over 2,000 Attendees to Kickstart Their Online Business at PJ Startup Festival

16–17 July 2022 – EasyStore was proud to be part of PJ Startup Festival 2022, a two-day event organized by ADN Kampung Tunku Lim Yi Wei and MBPJ councilors from Zones 6, 11, 13, 16, 19, and 20. 

The event was supported by the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ), SIDEC – Selangor Information Technology and Digital Economy Corporation, and several venture capital partners.

The festival aimed to inspire the public, startups, small and medium enterprises, students, and grassroots communities to begin their entrepreneurial journey. It featured knowledge-sharing sessions and real-life success stories to guide and encourage participants.

As part of the larger Jelajah Usahawan Digital Selangor 2022 initiative, the event also focused on educating Selangor residents about digital transformation and supporting local businesses that want to venture into eCommerce.

We were honored to be invited by SIDEC to join this impactful event alongside many notable brands. It was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas with business experts from various industries and share EasyStore’s solutions with aspiring entrepreneurs.

Throughout the event, we engaged with around 300 attendees, providing them with practical insights on how to sell online and efficiently manage their business using EasyStore’s centralized platform. 

From managing products and inventory to processing orders and organizing customer information, we demonstrated how everything can be handled from a single dashboard—saving time and streamlining operations.

Our live demo session, led by Amirul, EasyStore's Head of Marketing, showed visitors how easy it is to get started with an online business and operate it effectively.

We hope our participation provided valuable guidance for many who visited our booth and sparked their confidence to pursue digital entrepreneurship.
