EasyStore 2020 Q4 Updates: New Features to Power Your Business
If you've been following our blog, you’ve probably noticed the many ways we've improved sales channel management in the EasyStore Admin Panel.
Now, we’re excited to introduce even more updates designed to help your business gain greater exposure and manage operations more efficiently.
Here’s a full breakdown of the improvements and features we rolled out from October to December 2020:
1. [Product] Enhanced Product Search
Customers can now find products as they type, with images and key product details displayed.
Beyond product names, they can also search by collection name, brand name, or tag, making it easier to discover the right item quickly.
2. [Order] Bulk Printing of Packing Slips and Invoices
Save time by printing packing slips, pick lists, and invoices in bulk.
No more opening each order individually—use the bulk action function to print or export PDFs in one go.
3. [Order] Product Variants in Customer Invoices
To avoid packing mistakes, customer invoices now clearly display product variants, ensuring accuracy and a better shopping experience.
4. [Order] Remove Attachments from the Order Page
You can now easily delete unwanted attachments directly from the order page by clicking the delete button.
5. [Order] Sort Delivery Options with Pickup Filters
Manage orders more efficiently by filtering pickup orders separately. This helps you keep track of stock and minimize underselling.
6. [Customer] Account Creation with Phone Number
Available for Business Plan users, customers can now register, log in, and reset passwords using their phone numbers—making account management even easier.
7. [Customer] Broadcast Center: Bulk Messaging to Customers
With the Broadcast Center (Business Plan only), you can send bulk messages to customers across messaging platforms. Enjoy 500 free credits monthly; 1 credit = 1 customer reached.
8. [Customer] Add Internal Notes to Customer Profiles
Add private notes to customer profiles to segment audiences for marketing campaigns. You can also let customers input information during account registration for better personalization.
9. [Customer] Quick Contact via WhatsApp and Email
Contact customers instantly via WhatsApp or email from the dashboard to follow up, solve issues, gather feedback, and build stronger relationships.
10. [Customer] Bulk Update Customer Information
You can now select and update more than 50 customers at once. Use filters to target groups and make large updates quickly and efficiently.
11. [Analytics] Channel-Based Performance Reporting
Measure business performance across all sales channels directly in the admin panel.
Use filters to view sales breakdowns per channel for better strategic insights.
12. [Channels] Facebook Live Commerce Integration
Run Facebook Live sales more smoothly with features like Auto-responders, Order Management, and Promoter tools. No more missed orders or messy inboxes during live sessions.
13. [Channels] Streamline Wholesale Portal Settings
Manage complex wholesale pricing more efficiently with EasyStore's improved rules display, reducing human error in the Wholesale Portal.
14. [Channels] Inventory Sync to Shopee & Lazada
Easily sync product inventory (without pricing) to Shopee and Lazada. Get notified about syncing issues with recovery steps included in error messages.
15. [Apps] Abandoned Cart Recovery with OnVoard
Recover lost sales and boost order value with OnVoard's AOV Progress Bar, Back-in-Stock notifications, and Reviews Collection.
16. [Apps] Shipping Calculation Updates with EasyParcel
Shipping rates will now consider the higher value between volumetric and actual product weight. Also, free shipping applies only if all items in the cart are eligible.
17. [Apps] Boost Sales with Koo.live
Use Koo.live to livestream and sell products directly on Facebook. Customers can comment “+1” to order, and checkout links will be automatically sent via Messenger.
18. [Apps] Collect Verified Reviews with Product Star Rating
Invite verified buyers to leave product reviews after fulfillment, enhancing product credibility and protecting against malicious reviews.
19. [Apps] Smartarget WhatsApp for Customer Service
Install Smartarget WhatsApp on your store to set up welcome messages, organize conversations, and save time with preset replies.
20. [Apps] Convert Leads Instantly with Payex
Create and share secure payment links via social media or direct messages using Payex, making it easier to close sales and accept credit/debit or online banking payments.
