Sales Pop now gives you full control over how frequently notifications appear. Adjust it to suit your brand and convert store visitors into paying customers with ease.
4. Order Management by Date and Time
Speed up order processing with advanced filtering. Sort and locate specific orders instantly using the new date and time filters—especially helpful when handling large order volumes.
5. Mobile App Enhancements
i) Ready-to-Print Receipts
The EasyStore Mobile App now supports basic POS functionality. Print receipts directly from your phone using supported printers (Star Micronics TSP100W / TSP100LAN / TSP100BI).
ii) Google-Free Huawei Support
The app now runs smoothly on Huawei devices without Google Play Services.
iii) One-Step Sign In
Sign up or log in using Facebook, Gmail, or Apple ID—no additional forms required.
iv) On-the-Go Order Management
Fulfill orders manually, by marketplaces like Shopee/Lazada, or via logistics apps such as EasyParcel and J&T.

v) Real-Time Order Tracking
Track order status just like you would in the Admin Panel.

Quickly view billing, shipping, and pickup addresses from the app for easier fulfillment.

6. iPay88 Payment Gateway Upgrades (Malaysia)
Installment Payments: Offer flexible payment plans when you upgrade your iPay88 plan.
Refund Handling:
Online banking: Merchants manually refund (transaction fee non-refundable).
Credit cards: Request refund via iPay88 customer support (fee non-refundable).
New Payment Option: ShopeePay: A secure digital wallet solution that builds trust and encourages faster checkouts.
7. Atome “Buy Now, Pay Later” (Singapore)
Let customers split payments into 3 interest-free installments with Atome. Increase average order value and reach more shoppers with this flexible option.
8. DHL eCommerce Now Supports Cash on Delivery (Malaysia)
COD lets you reach customers who prefer or require paying in cash, including those without access to online banking.
9. Phone Number Sign-In for Customers
Your customers can now sign up, log in, and reset passwords using just their phone number—no email required. Make sure to enable this option in your admin panel.
10. Instant Admin Notifications
Stay informed about feature releases and integration updates through the bell icon at the top-right of your Admin Panel.
11. Enhanced Sales Channel Integrations
i) Shopee & Lazada Sync Status
Check marketplace sync statuses directly from your product panel. Quickly view “Last Updated” dates and errors.
ii) Product Sync from Lazada
Import and sync Lazada MY product info faster and more accurately for a smoother multichannel selling experience.
iii) Shopee Price Adjustment
Now you can adjust product prices even during the sync process—no need to wait until after syncing is complete.
12. Product Tagging for Better Organization
Use tags to organize your e-products by features or categories. Bulk-manage tags to enhance your product discovery and search visibility across your store.
13. Admin Access via Apple ID
Log in to EasyStore across all devices using your Apple ID for faster, more secure access.
