2. [POS]: Sync POS Orders Between EasyStore & Xilnex
As more retail businesses expand across channels and keeping business operations connected becomes more crucial.
That’s why syncing EasyStore with POS systems like Xilnex is an important step toward a more connected and unified retail experience.
Whether selling through EasyStore’s online store, POS, or marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, this integration helps ensure operations run as one.

3. [POS]: Support Epson TM - m30iii Printer
The "Epson TM-m30III" POS receipt printer model is now compatible with EasyStore’s POS system.
Business owners using this printer model at their retail counters can now directly connect it to EasyStore's POS and start printing receipts without any extra setup.
4. [Voucher]: Option to Mark Voucher as Used
Sometimes when POS system is offline and customer wants to redeem their voucher on the spot, there's no way to record it as it can lead to confusion later.
e.g. The same voucher being used again and not knowing that customer actually redeemed it before.
Now, businesses have the option to mark customer's "vouchers as used", giving business more control and accuracy when managing voucher redemptions across channels.
Whether it’s an in-store purchase or a manual checkout during downtime, customer's voucher records stay up to date.
5. [StoreFront]: Make Every Checkout Easier for Your Customers
Ever tried to make a quick purchase, but got held back by extra steps?
We have made enhancement to ensure customers can get the items they want in just one simple click.
Here’s what’s new:
- Quick Add to Cart: Customers can now add products with variants and custom options to their cart in one click.
- Edit Product Variant Directly from Cart: Customers can now make changes to a product’s variant or option (like size or colour) directly in the cart, without going back to the product page.
6. [Message]: A Better Way To Reach Your Customers
Staying connected with customers is important, but that doesn’t mean every message has to go out everywhere.
With this update, Businesses now have the option to include or exclude SMS and Email when sending a broadcast message to customers.
This gives businesses the flexibility to select what fits best for their customers at the right moment making communication more cost-effective and more relevant.
7. [Marketplace]: Better Shopee Fulfilment Journey
Ever found yourself staring at a blank screen while processing Shopee orders? That awkward silence ends now.
We have added a "waiting page" to the fulfilment flow, business owners now have a clearer view of each order's progress without the need of guessing if things are stuck or working.
