EasyStore Nationwide Seminar Tour 2022 Kicks Off in Penang

EasyStore, in collaboration with leading ecommerce partners, has launched the Nationwide Seminar Tour 2022 with the goal of empowering local SMEs across Malaysia to embrace multichannel selling and unlock new growth opportunities.

This initiative is part of our continued mission to help businesses stay competitive in the ever-evolving digital commerce landscape—especially as many are still recovering from the long-term impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Supporting Local SMEs in Post-Pandemic Recovery

While the market may seem to be recovering, many local SMEs continue to face challenges. Some businesses are still working to return to their pre-pandemic levels, and recovery for smaller enterprises may take even longer.

Recognizing this need, EasyStore launched its first-ever nationwide seminar tour to reach SMEs face-to-face, offering practical guidance and tools to help them adapt and thrive. 

More than just a seminar, these sessions offer networking opportunities and knowledge exchange across industries.

In 2022, our goal is to host 10 seminars across different states.

Penang Marks the First Stop of the Tour

Our journey began on 30th September 2022 at EasySpace in Penang. This kickoff event was a meaningful milestone—especially as we had the chance to meet long-time EasyStore merchants in person.

One such merchant, Michael, founder of Ceo Water and a user since 2014, shared:
