1. [Order]: Say Hello to Packing Assistant
You might have notice some changes in your “Order Page” lately, don’t worry it’s all part of making things easier and better to use.
We have updated a couple of key features to simplify your packing process, without taking anything away. Here’s what’s new:
More Search Option
In case you don’t have the tracking number on hand, you can now also manually key in the Order number to search in Packing Assistant.
Making the packing process smoother and easier to pull up the right order and keep packing moving.
Ready for Pickup in One Tap
For pickup orders, Packing Assistant now makes the final step even easier.
Once all items are scanned and packed, business owners can mark the order as “Ready for Pickup” right away along with the scheduled pickup date and time without switching between pages.
Barcode in Packing Slip
No more worrying for getting incorrect order.
We have added a barcode to both order and each item in the packing slip to help make packing more accurate even during peak session.
With just a quick scan on the barcode, packing assistant helps ensure that all item being pack is accurate without any duplicate or missing item before moving to the next step.
2. [Order]: New Column for Refunded Amount
It’s now easier to keep track of what’s been refunded.
Exporting the order list now gives business owners a clearer view of how much has been refunded. With the new “Refunded Amount” column, it’s easier to track returns and figure out where their revenue is really going.
3. [Customers Attribution]: Learn More About Every Customers
Want to understand your customers better to serve them more effectively? It starts with collecting the right information.
With “Customer Attribute”, businesses get to create custom fields to collect and track customer details that matter most.
Tip: Use it to know how customers found you, what type of buyer they are, or which branch they usually shop at, etc.
And now, with the latest update, businesses get to collect even more meaningful info as the “dropdown input” now supports up to “10 predefined options”, making it easier to keep responses consistent and insights clear.
4. [Customers]: Let Birthday Month Begin with Points
We have made a small change to how birthday points works!
Starting 1 July 2025, customers will get their birthday day points during the first day of their special month, instead of getting it one day before their birthday.
Customers can now have more time to spend their birthday points to celebrate during their special month.
5. [App]: A Change for Better e-Invoice Experience
As e-Invoice becomes mandatory for businesses by stages across Malaysia, we are constantly working on e-Invoicing to ensure a smoother experience and reduce the error on e-Invoice for all businesses.
In this update, we made some enhancement in “e-Invoice Malaysia” setting page to help reduce submission failure to caused by missing or incorrect details. Here’s what new:
- Added “Sole Proprietor” or “Individual with Register of Business (ROB)” setting
- Added required settings indication and validation for certain detail section
Customers who request for an e-Invoice will now receive an email notification once it’s successfully validated by MyInvois.
6. [Marketplace]: Better TikTok Shop Fulfilment Journey
Have you ever been stuck staring at a blank screen while processing TikTok orders? Things feel a little different now!
The fulfilment flow now includes a waiting page. Business owners now have a clearer sight of their fulfilling progress of each order without playing the guessing game.
At the same time, customers can enjoy a smoother experience and faster updates from brands they love, as fulfilment tasks are now handled in the background.
7. [Marketplace]: Referral is now Called Affiliate Program
Affiliate programs can be a great way for someone to earn a little side income just by sharing what they love.
Whether it's loyal customers or brand partners, offering commissions for successful referrals turns word-of-mouth into real rewards.
To better reflect how the feature is being used, we’ve updated the name from Referral to Affiliate program.
Note: Everything else remains the same, from setting up commission tiers to rewarding with store credit or cash.
8. [Marketplace]: Handle Domain Issues Like a Pro
Handling domain-related issues is now easier than you think.
With the new “domain settings page”, business owners now get a clearer guidance, whether they’re setting up a domain or troubleshooting one.
A smarter domain status display highlights what’s missing, making it easier to spot and fix issues like a pro.
9. [Report]: View Multiple Location at Once
Running business more than one location can be challenging but having to check reports one by one just to see the bigger picture makes it even tougher.
With this update, business owners can now select and view multiple locations at once in the “reports”.
Whether it’s reviewing sales, stock levels, or fulfilment across locations, everything is now available in a single view making it easier to to track and make decision based on the it’s sales performance.
Locations that aren’t tied to a physical outlet like online store orders are now grouped under “Unspecified” in the location filter.
10. [Report]: One Click to Every Figure That Matters
Ever found yourself puzzled by a gap in your sales figure?
When Gross, Net, and Total Sales each show number that have a big gap, it creates confusion and makes it harder to get a true picture of business performance.
With this update, we’ve streamlined the entire reporting matrix. Gross, Net, and Total Sales now reflect only paid orders, giving business owners a consistent and reliable view across every report.
And for those who want to keep track of unpaid orders too, the new “payment status filter” have the flexibility to include or exclude them as needed
