For Windows:
Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > View network status and tasks
Click Change adapter settings
Right-click your WiFi connection > Properties
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Click Properties
Change DNS server to:
Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS: 8.8.4.4
Click OK
For Mac:
Go to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Network
Unlock to make changes
Select your Wi-Fi connection > Advanced > DNS tab
Click + and add 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Click OK > Apply
Scroll to the TikTok Shop section and click Connect.
Complete the setup by clicking Finish Setup.
