Previously, all in-store custom payments were grouped under a generic “Custom Payment” category in the sales summary.

To activate, go to POS > Settings > Custom Payment Method and enable your desired options.
[Online Store]: Dedicated Voucher Page for Customers
Shoppers can now access a centralized Voucher Page directly from your store navigation.
This page displays all active deals and vouchers, making it easier for customers to discover and redeem discounts—enhancing both satisfaction and conversion rates.
[Order]: Bulk Update Status for Manual Fulfilment
Businesses using manual fulfilment methods can now update the status of multiple orders in one go.
This streamlines your workflow and helps ensure customers receive timely updates, boosting their anticipation and trust.
[Order]: Enhanced Sales Attribution
You can now assign or update staff and location attribution for past orders.
Previously, unassigned orders remained blank and could not be updated.
This enhancement improves internal record-keeping and helps deliver a more personalized customer experience.
[Customers - Membership]: Flexible Points Earning System
We’ve added more control to the points system to offer a clearer, more rewarding customer experience:
Master Enable/Disable: Choose to activate or deactivate the entire points system.
Granular Control: Enable or disable point earning for specific actions like purchases, sign-ups, or birthday orders.
Product Exclusion: Exclude certain items—such as free gifts—from earning points.
This flexibility ensures a fair, transparent loyalty program that aligns with your brand’s goals.
[Product]: Restock Options for Rejected Inventory Transfers
When items are rejected during a transfer, you now have the option to decide whether they should be restocked to the origin location.
This prevents damaged or unsellable items from returning to your inventory, ensuring a more reliable and professional shopping experience for your customers.
[Messages]: Enhanced Multiple Inbox Features
New enhancements to the inbox help businesses respond more efficiently while delivering personalized customer service:
- View Recent Chats in Order Details: Access previous conversations directly from the order page.

- Search Conversations by Name: Quickly locate chats using customer names for faster resolutions.
[Promotions]: New Discount Filter Options
A new filter—Order Total Quantity—lets customers unlock quantity-based discounts based on the total number of items in their order, without being restricted to specific products or categories.
This makes it easier for shoppers to qualify for promotions and increases average order value.
[Marketplace]: YouTube Shopping Integration
Customers can now shop directly from your YouTube videos without leaving the platform.
This seamless integration includes:
Product Display Under Videos: Show related products below each video.
Store Tab on Channel Page: Let customers browse your catalog directly from your YouTube channel.
Live Stream Tagging: Tag products in real time during live sessions to drive instant conversions.
[App - Appreciation Card]: New Customizable Template
A new minimalist appreciation card template helps reinforce your brand while strengthening customer relationships.

Previously, unexpected changes in Lalamove delivery rates sometimes required follow-up charges.
