Let Business Help Business: Fostering Strength In Unity
Let Business Help Business campaign is an initiative by EasyStore aimed at empowering local entrepreneurs by providing a platform to share their stories, support one another, and foster collaboration within the Malaysian business community.
2024's campaign, it featured three core activities:-
Commerce Dialogue
A new initiative that into founder insights from over 34 Malaysian businesses across various industries such as Makerz, The Pastels Shop, Tanamera, Siti Khadijah and many more.
EasyStore explored how these founders successfully navigate changing consumer behaviors, providing captivating insights and showcasing their journeys in a 1-minute video for our viewers and Malaysian entrepreneurs.
Commerce Tour
Since its inception in 2022, the Commerce Tour has been a cornerstone of the LBHB initiative.
This tour spans key business districts across Malaysia, featuring motivational sessions where business owners share their from their entrepreneurial journeys while guest speakers from industry leaders and experts share valuable insights on the latest trends, technologies and overcoming business challenges.
By fostering collaboration within the business community, sharing strategies and insights to entrepeneurs, Commerce Tour proves to be once again, a successful on-ground campaign that empowers entrepreneurs to grow and thrive in their businesses.
A key focus is on helping businesses adapt to evolving customer expectations through Unified Commerce experiences (UCX), ensuring seamless and personalized interactions across all channels.

- 22nd May 2024, Cyberjaya: The session “Let Business Help Business: From Unknown to Well-known—How Sugarbomb and Sultera Came Out on Top” featured insights from Kanumbu Agussalim of Sugarbomb and Ashraf Aziz of Sultera.The discussion focused on home and living products, which are traditionally sensory purchases, such as feeling bedding and smelling perfumes. They highlighted innovative strategies to seamlessly blend online and offline shopping experiences, enabling customer to connect with their products more easily and positively, fostering brand loyalty.
- 15th July 2024, Shah Alam: “What It Takes to Be Malaysia’s Favourite Skincare & Beauty Brand” featured inspiring talks from speakers featuring Kamelia Nisha and Sarini Zainal.The session delved into the challenges of building trust as locally made skincare and makeup brands, their strategies for overcoming obstacles, and how they successfully dominated their field.
