[EasyParcel's New Feature] Self Service for Booked Parcels is Available Now! | EasyStore

In order to improve your online booking experience, we are in the midst of upgrading our online customer service with a brand new design and feature – say a big hello to our Self Service Centre!

With this new tool, you can now manage all your shipments online with just a few clicks. The best news is we will not charge any cents for this! You no longer need to camp in front of the laptop to wait for a reply from our support team, you are allowed to:-

Select Drop-Off Point For Your Missed Collection

STEP 1: Go to “Support” on your dashboard and click “Self Service Centre”.

STEP 2: Click on “Missed Pick Up”.

STEP 3: Under the tab of “Drop-Off”, select the parcel and choose either Pgeon point or courier branch as your drop-off point.

STEP 4: Select your preferred drop-off point and click on “Drop-Off” to proceed.

STEP 5: Click “Yes” to confirm your drop-off point.

STEP 6: You can drop off your parcel at the selected point now!

Remind Courier For Your Missed Collection

STEP 1: Go to “Support” on your dashboard and click “Self Service Centre”.

STEP 2: Click on “Missed Pick Up”.

STEP 3: Under the tab of “Remind”, select the parcel and click on “Remind”.

STEP 4: You can now click “I’ll wait for courier collection” to proceed the reminder or choose to drop off at your preferred point.

STEP 5: You’re done, just wait for the pick up at your doorstep!

Rebook For A New Courier

STEP 1: Go to “Support” on your dashboard and click “Self Service Centre”.

STEP 2: Click on “Missed Pick Up”.

STEP 3: Under the tab of “Rebook”, select the parcel and click on “Rebook Courier”.

STEP 4: Select any of the couriers that available for you.

STEP 5: Click “Okay” to proceed with the change.

STEP 6: The new air waybill (AWB) is up for you to print and attach on the parcel.

Change Your Shipment To Drop-off

STEP 1: Go to “Support” on your dashboard and click “Self Service Centre”.

STEP 2: Click on “Drop-Off”.

STEP 3: Under the tab of “Drop-Off”, select the parcel and choose either Pgeon point or courier branch as your drop-off point.

STEP 4: Select your preferred drop-off point and click on “Drop-Off” to proceed.

STEP 5: Click “Yes” to confirm your drop-off point.

STEP 6: You can drop off your parcel at the selected point now!
