1. [POS]: Available Currency for International Shoppers 

Customers can now pay in their preferred currency via Point-of-Sales as business owners can easily switch between different currencies directly from the POS settings  

International customers can enjoy the freedom of purchasing in their own currency, eliminating the need for businesses to calculate conversions manually. 

This update creates a faster and smoother checkout experience in the meantime ensuring accurate pricing and quick transactions, as customers pay in the right amount instantly.

2. [POS]: Streamlined Discount Logic for Manual Price Changes

Nothing frustrates customers more than unexpected price changes at checkout.

With this update, EasyStore’s POS ensures that when businesses manually adjust a product’s price, the correct amount is reflected immediately without triggering auto discounts set previously.  

For example, if a store sets a 10% discount for items priced at RM20, but later manually adjusts the item’s price to RM15 for reasons like clearance sales or manual corrections, the system won’t mistakenly apply the 10% discount again. 

This prevents business operations from pricing error and keeps checkout frustration-free.

3. [Reports]: Support Filter by Multiple Channels

Understanding customer's behavior just got easier. 

With the "Multi-Channel Filtering" in reports, businesses can now gain deeper insights into customer's purchasing habits and spending power across selected sales channels in a single view. 

With this update, businesses can compare and analyze the key metrics such as average order value, sales performance, and top-selling products across selected sales channel in a single view.

Business can now compare key metrics like average order value, sales performance, and top-selling products across selected platforms, helping businesses make smarter business decision. 

For example, businesses can track their brand-owned channels by filtering Point-of-Sale and Online Store to see where customers engage the most. 

For businesses selling on multiple social platforms or marketplaces, this "Multi-Channel Filter" allows easy performance analysis to optimize strategy on various platform to enhance customer experience.  

4. [Marketplace]: Simplified Airwaybill for Smoother Order Fulfilment 

Missing items and incomplete orders can frustrate customers and reduce the chances of repeat business. 

For businesses handling multiple shipments daily, sorting through separate line items for identical products can be time-consuming and prone to errors.

Businesses who wish to motivate and excite customers through loyalty program can now activate this "Point Earn Display". 

Whereby customers can have a clearer view of how each purchase brings them closer to discounts or membership upgrades.  

This added visibility not only makes shopping more exciting but also ensures customers never miss out on the benefits they’ve earned and upgrade on membership tier.

For example, Customers browsing through a store that shows the amount of credit they will earn from purchasing the item that might make them realize they’re just a few points away from a higher membership tier with better perks.

This flexibility allows businesses to create a more strategic and engaging rewards experience for customers throughout their shopping journey while tailoring their loyalty programs by choosing whether to display point earnings.

6. [Promotions]: Easier Voucher Viewing  

Scrolling through the voucher list without a clear visual could often led customers missing out on potential savings as many discounts went unnoticed.

With this update, the in-cart and checkout voucher listing now works with the Voucher Widget, making it easier for customers to instantly see and apply available discounts to their purchase. 

Customers no longer have to spend time searching for vouchers or missing out the potential of saving as discounts now appear right when they are needed, making a personalized and rewarding checkout. 

Note: Voucher widget's colors can be customized in the "Voucher Display" settings to match design to brand. 

7. [New Payment Gateway]: Infinitium 

We’re excited to introduce Infinitium as our new payment gateway. this new payment gateway integration brings customers a smoother and more secure checkout experience.

Customers worldwide can pay in their preferred currency as the new payment gateway supports global transactions that ensures every checkout experience runs smoothly without time-consuming currency conversion.

The new payment gateway also supports direct refunds through the EasyStore admin panel, making customer's post-purchase handling easier and more efficient without any extra steps.

With Infinitium, businesses can offer a new and improved payment experience that enhances customer satisfaction and builds stronger trust.

8. [Billing]: Tax Information Now Available on Billing Page 

We’ve introduced a Tax Information section on the billing page, giving businesses a more structured and easier way to input and manage companies tax details for clearer records and a smoother e-invoicing process.

We’ve introduced a new section with dedicated fields for:

  • Legal Business Name
  • Business Registration Number (BRN)
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Sales and Service Tax (SST) Number 

With this update, managing tax information is more structured than ever. This gives businesses a greater clarity and control over their billing details.
