We're happy you're here. Buckle up as we show you how EasyStore seamlessly fits into your daily business operations to upgrade your customer interactions.

Step 1: Upload products

You can upload products or use our CSV template to import them in bulk.
Once done, your products are shoppable across online store, point-of-sale, shopping app and any other channels you have activated in EasyStore. Check the list of channels here.

Step 2: Set up Online Store
⏲ Estimated duration: 15 mins
An easy way to get your brand visible when customers search online. You don’t need any coding or design skills to launch an online store with EasyStore.
Install a theme, upload your brand logo, and add your brand fonts, colours, and content, your online store will be ready for customers to shop.
Choose a domain — this is the link customers will use to visit your store.

Step 3: Activate Point-of-sale (POS)

Now that your products are uploaded and your online store is ready, activate your Point of Sale. Your products and inventory will automatically sync, so you can start using POS without any extra set up process.
Use it to:
- Register walk-in shoppers and build your customer database for future retargeting.
- Instantly recognise members and offer them their perks.
- Process in-store payments using everyday devices like a tablet or phone.
- Let customers pay the way they prefer - e-wallet, cash, credit card.

Step 4: Activate Loyalty Program
⏲ Estimated duration: 10 mins
EasyStore’s Loyalty Program lets your customers:
- be recognised at checkout through a digital member card,
- be reminded of exclusive rewards they unlock (eg. discounts, early access, birthday gifts, etc.),
- enjoy member benefits whether they shop in-store, online or through Shopping App.
You can create:
- points earning system (eg. RM 1 = 1 point earned),
- 3 levels of member tier (eg. Gold, Silver, Bronze),
- set exclusive promotions for specific tier and more!

Step 5: Activate Shopping App

Shopping App is ready-to-use mobile app that connects your brand with customers across online and offline touchpoints.
Here's why your customers want the Shopping App:
- Shopping on-the-go: They can browse and shop wherever they are, with quick access to all your products. Plus, they can easily switch between devices, with a cross-device cart and order history—making shopping more convenient than ever.
- Use it as their e-member card: Redeem member benefits both online and offline, without the hassle of carrying physical cards. This gives them flexibility across platforms.
- Sign in without passwords: With phone number login and one-time password (OTP) authentication, they can sign in quickly and securely, avoiding the frustration of forgotten passwords.

Step 6: Connect with Marketplace and Social Media

Step 7: Connect payments and logistics account
⏲ Estimated duration: 15 mins
Let your customers pay the way they prefer.
Integrated payments (like FPX, GrabPay, Atome): First, register for a payment gateway account. Once approved, connect it to your EasyStore account for automatic payment processing.
Manual payments (DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go, bank transfer): You can enable these without a gateway account. Just remember to manually check your bank or eWallet account before fulfilling the order.
Set Up Your Delivery Options
- Integrated fulfilment (like Ninja Van, J&T, Lalamove, and more): You can choose to integrate with logistics partners, allowing you to fulfill orders from multiple sales channels in one place, without the hassle. Again, you will need to have an account with them.
- Manual fulfilment: You can also choose to fulfil it manually such as self-arranged delivery.
