EasyStore’s Let Business Help Business 2024 Empowers Over 1,000 Local SMEs Across Malaysia
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
KUALA LUMPUR, December 31, 2024 – EasyStore, a pioneer in unified commerce solutions, proudly wraps up the 2024 edition of the Let Business Help Business (LBHB) campaign, an initiative that connected and empowered over 1,000 Malaysian entrepreneurs, business owners, and industry experts.
Held across Cyberjaya, Shah Alam, and Kuala Lumpur, the campaign united local merchants and forward-thinking leaders to foster knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and business growth.
We extend our deepest appreciation to our partners, co-sponsors, business founders, and entrepreneurs who contributed to the campaign’s success and helped drive the Malaysian retail community forward.
Let Business Help Business: Strength in Collaboration
Let Business Help Business is an EasyStore-led initiative that creates a platform for local entrepreneurs to connect, share their journeys, and learn from one another, all while nurturing a spirit of unity and innovation across Malaysia’s business landscape.
The 2024 edition focused on three core pillars:
1. Commerce Dialogue
This new initiative featured insights from 34 inspiring Malaysian brands such as Makerz, The Pastels Shop, Tanamera, Siti Khadijah, and more.
Through short, impactful 1-minute videos, EasyStore spotlighted how these founders navigate evolving consumer expectations while staying true to their mission.
The series offered relatable, real-world strategies to help fellow entrepreneurs grow.
2. Commerce Tour
Launched in 2022, the Commerce Tour has become a cornerstone of the LBHB campaign.
In 2024, it continued to energize key business communities through live sessions featuring success stories from business owners and expert-led talks on market trends, technology, and overcoming business challenges.
This year’s tour focused heavily on Unified Commerce Experiences (UCX), helping businesses bridge online and offline customer touchpoints through seamless, personalized engagement.
3. Retail Summit Asia (RSA) 2024
Held in Petaling Jaya, RSA 2024 was a landmark event that brought together retail innovators and business leaders from across Southeast Asia.
The summit featured renowned speakers, breakout sessions, and an expansive exhibition area for business networking and knowledge exchange.
EasyStore CEO Frost Chen took the stage to unveil powerful new features that unify online and offline selling—empowering brands to exceed customer expectations with consistent, cross-channel shopping experiences.
