EasyStore’s order return feature is designed to improve customer satisfaction by making returns and exchanges simple and efficient.

Depending on your store policies and configurations, you can manage returns for various scenarios — such as size issues, faulty products, or damaged items. Fast, effective returns show your dedication to customer service and can help drive repeat purchases.

From your EasyStore admin panel, you can now:

  • Create and manage return requests

  • Provide shipping instructions and return labels

  • Track returned items

  • Restock inspected products

  • Issue refunds directly to customers

Returning orders is now as easy as four steps:

  1. Go to the relevant order and click "More Actions"

  2. Select "Return Order"

  3. Choose a return reason

  4. The return process begins

The long-awaited Wholesale Portal is back!

This feature lets you sell products in bulk to other businesses at discounted rates. With a password-protected portal accessible only by invited customers, you can customize pricing for different customer groups.

Note: Shopee and Lazada will show different sync status indicators for better tracking.

2. Enhanced Refund Process for Fiuu (previously known as Razer Merchant Services)

Fiuu now supports refunds for online banking (FPX) transactions. This includes sub-payment methods such as:

  • CIMB Clicks

  • Hong Leong Connect

  • Maybank QR Push
