[POS] Single Tap to Apply Credit and Points
Enhance checkout efficiency with a simplified flow for applying credit and loyalty points.
Once a customer is added during checkout, their available points or credit will automatically appear. Tap "Use Credit" or "Use Point" once to apply the maximum amount. You can also adjust or remove the redemption with a single click.
[POS] Comprehensive Customer Insights
Gain actionable insights at a glance:
Customer Since – Understand loyalty history.
Average Order Value – Identify upsell opportunities.
Online In-Cart Items – Suggest relevant add-ons.
Membership Status – Track progress toward the next tier using a visual bar.
[POS] Quick Customer Registration
The POS system now supports faster customer search and registration. If a search yields no results, simply click the quick registration button to add a new customer instantly.
[POS] Streamlined Cart Management
"No Stock" labels replace pop-ups for better visibility.
Remove items by setting the quantity to zero.
Eliminate confirmation dialogs when clearing the cart.
[POS Payment] E-Wallet Integration with Fiuu
Accept payments via e-wallets by scanning QR codes using Fiuu. This feature supports MYR currency only.
[Online Store] Instant Login After Account Creation
New customers who create an account are now automatically logged in and redirected to checkout, streamlining the purchase process.
[Admin: Product] Channel-Specific Product Visibility
Control where your products appear by specifying availability on Online Store, Shopping App, and POS channels. This helps create exclusivity and optimize product exposure.
[Admin: Voucher] Birthday Month Vouchers
Automatically send birthday vouchers to customers during their birth month.
Each customer can redeem one birthday voucher per year. Vouchers expire at the end of the birthday month or on the voucher’s end date—whichever is earlier.
[Admin: Reports] Enhanced Sales Reports
Click “View More” under Total Sales to see a full list of orders for your selected date range—no extra searching needed.
[Admin: Order] Track Orders by Store Location
Filter and track orders by specific outlets. Go to “Filter By” > “Location” > select your desired store for more organized order management.
[Admin: Order] Custom Order Tags
Create and apply custom tags to better organize and categorize orders according to your workflow.
[Admin: Order] Upgraded Packing Slip Functionality
Generate packing slips without marking items as fulfilled.
You can also print slips based on status—fulfilled, unfulfilled, or all—in bulk or for individual orders.
[Admin: Reports] New 'Inventory Policy' Metric
When exporting inventory reports, view whether products are set to:
Continue – Sell even when out of stock.
Deny – Stop selling when out of stock.
This metric provides valuable context for inventory strategy.
[Product] 90-Day Inventory History
Easily track inventory movements, including product transfers, for up to 90 days across all retail locations.
[Product] Performance Summary Dashboard
Access detailed product insights directly from 'Sales by Product' or 'Products Units Sold' reports.

AxaiPay now supports MYR transactions and offers multiple payment methods:
