This November, we are excited to launch the long-awaited Loyalty Program and focus on enhancing sales channels such as TikTok and Point of Sale (POS).

1. [Theme] Four New Website Themes to Suit Your Business
We regularly release new theme templates tailored to different industries.
This month, we introduced four fresh themes:
Rush: Ideal for hobbyists, toys, and collectibles
Chapter: Perfect for furniture, bedding, home furnishings, and décor
Luna: Designed for fashion, leather goods, and clothing
Everglow: Great for makeup, beauty, and skincare products
With nearly 54 themes available, you can easily create a professional website that matches your brand’s style.
2. [Feature] Loyalty Program – Membership System Now Available
Our much-anticipated Membership System is here!
You can now create multiple membership tiers based on customer spending, offering exclusive perks according to their rank. This encourages customer engagement, attracts new buyers, and helps retain loyal customers.
Customers are automatically upgraded when reaching specific spending milestones.
You can manually adjust membership tiers, including downgrades.
Customize your membership card design to reinforce your brand identity.

3. [Feature] Facebook Comment Shopping Now Available
Automate your Facebook sales with the new comment shopping feature. Customers can place orders simply by commenting the product code and quantity on your posts (non-live posts only).
When a customer comments, the system automatically replies with a checkout link via Messenger, allowing them to complete their purchase without waiting for assistance.
This feature helps attract potential buyers and encourages others to explore more products on your Facebook feed.
Feature Enhancements
1. [Sales Channel] Online Store – Attach Products to Webpages & Articles
You can now attach up to 20 products to any webpage or article, displaying them at the bottom of the page for easy discovery.
When using advanced webpage templates, you can also customize image titles (alt text) and add hyperlinks.
2. [Sales Channel] Facebook – Preview Posts Before Publishing via Product Promoter
We’ve added a photo post preview so you can instantly identify products before publishing, saving time and streamlining your workflow.
3. [Sales Channel] Point of Sale (POS) – Customer Info at a Glance
The new customer info dialog lets you view key customer details quickly, including contact info, purchase history, and total spending—without leaving the checkout screen.
POS (Admin Web Version) now supports loyalty points, allowing you to display and redeem customer points directly during checkout.
Checkout is also simplified by sending a checkout link straight to your customer.
4. [Sales Channel] TikTok – Variant Images Supported
TikTok sales channels now support variant images, providing a better visual shopping experience.
5. [Core] Shipping Settings – View Shipping Fees at a Glance
The shipping listing now shows charges alongside each shipping method, so you can see all fees without extra clicks.
6. [Core] Customers – Updated Spending Calculation
Refunded amounts are now deducted from a customer's total and average spending for more accurate records.
