Enhancing Every Customer’s Shopping Journey
Every interaction with your store is a chance to impress — from discovering a product to completing checkout.
This month’s updates are all about creating smoother, more confident shopping experiences. With clearer stock visibility, smarter buying options, flexible checkout settings, and better delivery clarity, it’s now easier to keep customers engaged and coming back for more.
Help Shoppers Buy with Confidence
1. Try Before Buying with AI Outfit Previews (FutrCloset AI Fitting Room)
One of the biggest challenges in fashion shopping is imagining how an outfit will actually look. That hesitation often leads to abandoned carts or returns.
With FutrCloset AI Fitting Room, shoppers can upload a full-body photo and instantly preview how outfits look on them — right inside your store.
This interactive experience builds confidence, reduces guesswork, and makes buying feel more personal and exciting.

2. Show Accurate Stock Customers Can Trust
Clear stock information helps shoppers make decisions confidently and complete purchases smoothly.
With Stock Adjustment, you have full control over inventory accuracy across products, variants, and locations — so what customers see always matches what’s actually available.
- Adjust stock with intent: Add, remove, or reset quantities cleanly to keep inventory accurate at all times.
- Accurate stock at every outlet: Make updates at specific outlets or pop-ups, with live stock shown per location for confident customer servicing.
- Draft before finalising: Save adjustments as drafts, review them, and confirm only when you’re ready — reducing errors across online and in-store journeys.
- Reliable records, printable audits: Every adjustment is logged and printable, helping keep stock aligned for promotions, fulfilment, and repeat purchases.

3. More Ways to Bundle for Faster Customer Decisions
Bundles reduce decision fatigue. Instead of choosing how many to buy, customers see a ready-made option that feels like the smart choice, especially for repeat, gift, or value-driven purchases.
Product Bundles now go beyond cross-sell. You can bundle the same product in multiple quantities in one set, making value obvious without forcing customers to do the math.
Some high-impact bundle ideas retailers actually use:
- Restock bundles for repeat buyers: “6-month supply” or “Staff favourite pack” at a fixed price. Customers who already trust the product commit once and come back less often, but spend more each time.
- Buy-more deals that feel fair, not pushy: Buy 2, get 1 free or buy 3 at a better unit price. Customers feel rewarded for buying more, not pressured by aggressive discounts.
- Clearance multipacks that protect brand value: Bundle slow-moving items in packs of 3 or 5 instead of slashing single-unit prices. You move stock faster without training customers to wait for discounts.
- Gift-ready bundles with zero thinking: “1-for-me, 1-for-you” sets or festive twin packs. Customers instantly see the gifting logic and don’t need to decide quantities themselves.

4. A Smoother Checkout for Tax-Compliant Purchases
In line with latest E-invoice guidelines (released 7th December 2025), individual e-invoice is now mandatory:
- for the following industries including automotive, luxury goods and jewellery and more.
- for any transactions exceeding above RM 10,000
EasyStore now supports updated Malaysia E-Invoice settings, giving businesses control over when tax details are required at checkout:
- Always required
- Required only for orders above RM10,000
- Optional
These settings apply to both online stores and shopping apps, helping customers check out smoothly while keeping invoices compliant.
For the latest regulatory updates, please refer to the official LHDN guidelines here.

5. Updated Wholesale Buying Experiences
The new inventory field on the wholesale product listing page shows available quantities upfront, so buyers can place orders quickly without extra back-and-forth.

You can also hide unavailable items by enabling “Unlisted Product” under Wholesale Portal channel availability. This keeps listings clean and focused on ready-to-order products.

Faster Operations, Better Readiness
6. Receive Stock Directly at POS
When new inventory arrives, speed and accuracy matter — especially at physical outlets.
With Receive Purchase Orders & Inventory Transfer in POS, incoming stock can now be processed directly at the outlet. Orders are automatically filtered by location, SKUs can be scanned to update quantities quickly, and everything can be reviewed before printing the Goods Received Note (GRN).
Inventory stays accurate, and products are ready for sale sooner.

7. Control Who Can Join Your Store
Some stores want a more exclusive or premium feel.
With Customer Registration Control, you can choose whether customers can create accounts on their own. This helps manage your community and offer a premium experience.

8. Clearer Delivery Details, Less Confusion
When customers track their deliveries, clarity matters. Too much or unclear information can cause unnecessary questions.
With the updated DHL eCommerce Malaysia integration, you can now choose whether purchased item details appear on the AWB.
If enabled, SKUs and quantities are shown by default. If a product doesn’t have a SKU, the product and variant name will be displayed instead. This makes it easier for customers to recognise their orders and feel reassured during delivery.

Reporting Improvements
9. More Complete Variant Performance Reports
When reviewing performance data, having the right identifiers makes analysis easier.
The Variant Performance export now includes a Barcode column, giving you clearer reference points when reviewing or sharing reports externally.
A small update — but one that saves time when working with data.
