Step 1: Add New Product - Pickleball Court Rental
Go to the Product section in your EasyStore dashboard and click "Add New Product" to create a new listing.
- Title: Pickleball Court Rental
- Description: Add an engaging description to make your court rental attractive. Highlight key features like availability, pricing, and any amenities. You can even use our ChatGPT tool to craft description that will capture customers’ attention.
Step 2: Add 2 Variants - Date and Time
To allow customers to book courts, you'll need to set up two types of variants:
- Dates for each court (e.g., available on certain days of the week)
- Time slots for each court (e.g., 9 AM - 10 AM, 10 AM - 11 AM).
These variants will allow customers to choose both the date and time that works best for them. Make sure the time slots are clearly defined, so your customers know when to book.
Step 3: Managing Court Availability
Under "Variant Settings," use the inventory feature to set the availability for each time slot and court location:
- Click on "EasyStore track inventory of this product" to enable inventory tracking.
- Define the inventory limit for each court and time slot.
For example, if you have 5 courts, set the inventory for each time slot to 5. This ensures that customers cannot book more courts than you have available.
Step 4: Manage Your Booking Window
Update your booking availability every 10, 15, or 30 days, depending on your needs, by adding new dates under "date variants" created in Step 2.
This flexible rolling system helps you stay organized, manage demand, and offer customers the right amount of flexibility without overwhelming your schedule.
Step 5: Activate Payment Collection
Link your payment gateway to collect payments upfront and provide multiple payment options to streamline the booking process for your customers.

What About Pickleball Paddle Rental?
For Pickleball Paddle Rentals, create a new product and set rental prices. Customers can select the number of paddles they need accordingly.
However, if you'd like to limit the number of paddles per booking, you can create a variant for "Number of Paddles" and set the pricing accordingly.
For example, if you want to allow a maximum of 4 paddles per court booking, you can set the following pricing per variant.
- 1 paddle = RM 12
- 2 paddles = RM 24
- 3 paddles = RM 36
- 4 paddles = RM 48 (or any desired pricing)
This allows customers to select the number of paddles they need directly during the booking process.
Pro Tip: To encourage first-time bookings, consider offering a first-time voucher for new customers. This could be a discount on their paddle rental, which will help attract more customers and boost bookings.
