Today, we’re spotlighting the inspiring journey of Jobbie Nut Butter—a business started by two young entrepreneurs with one simple mission: to promote healthy eating.

Better an “Oops” Than a “What If”

Debbie (21) and Joseph (23) began their peanut butter venture in early 2015, originally calling it “Walao-eh!!! Peanut Butter.” 

Even though neither of them had any cooking experience, they didn’t let that stop them. Instead, they embraced the learning curve.

With courage and curiosity, they opened a booth at Berjaya Times Square to test the waters, engage with customers, and collect feedback.

The Birth of Jobbie Nut Butter

Through countless experiments and late nights, they finally refined the recipe—and Jobbie Nut Butter was born. 

With a smoother texture, better taste, and fresh presentation in clear glass jars, it quickly became a hit. 

Customers loved it, and the couple started delivering their peanut butter straight to doorsteps across Malaysia.

Growing from Local Booths to Nationwide Orders

What started with door-to-door restaurant visits soon turned into something bigger. 

As demand grew, Debbie and Joseph set up an eCommerce store to handle orders more efficiently. 

This allowed them to scale up and deliver their handcrafted peanut butter all across the country.

Start Small, Think Big

From producing peanut butter in a 600 sq. ft. flat, the couple now runs their own office and dedicated production facility

What began as a two-person hustle turned into a growing team with a shared vision: to create the most delicious and healthiest peanut butter in Malaysia. Their journey wasn't easy, but their perseverance paid off. 

Today, Jobbie Nut Butter is not only a thriving business but also a story of grit, growth, and purpose.
