This month, we're bringing back the long-awaited sales channel for you! We're also focusing to enhance the order return and product sync processes, as well as provide you with more payment gateway options.
Let's have a look at what’s new in EasyStore for November 2021!
1. [Feature] Create a Hassle-Free Order Return for Your Customer
EasyStore's order return feature strives to improve customer satisfaction and create a positive return and exchange experience.
Based on your store policy rules and configuration, you may need to create returns for customers to return purchased items (eg., shoes that didn’t fit, a laptop that wasn’t working, or glassware that was broken). Returning orders quickly and effectively show your commitment to customer service and might encourage customers to order again.
From your EasyStore admin panel, you can now create and manage your returns, provide shipping instructions and return labels to your customers, track returned items, restock inspected items, and refund payments to your customers.
With this order return feature, you can just return order within 4 steps:
- Go to the order you want to make a return, click on more action
- Click on the return order
- Choose the reason for returning
- Your return is in progress

2. [Sales Channel] Wholesale Portal is Now Available
The long-awaited wholesale portal is back to EasyStore!
The wholesale portal allows you to sell products in bulk to another business at a discount. EasyStore provides a password-protected portal which only accessible by invited customers and you can customize different price lists tailored to your different customer groups.
- Analyze both wholesale and online store performance in one single dashboard.
- Automatically generates invoices and quotations for your customers.
- Single-page layout enables your customer to easily browse through every available product in your store.

It helps the merchant to generate a payment link and share it among their customers to collect bulk payments.

1. [Products] Product Sync Status Across Channels - All-in-One View
All sales channels that you enabled are now listed in each of the products. It provides you with a full view of your product sync status and easy access to resync your products.
*Note: For Shopee and Lazada, it will display different statuses for the synchronizing process.
2. [Payment] Enhanced Refund Process from RazerMS
Want to bring your refund process to another level? Here's come, Razer Merchant Service (RazerMS) can now perform the refund on Online Banking (FPX) that support transactions paid using the sub payment methods listed below:
- CIMB Clicks
- Hong Leong Connects
- Maybank QR Push
