New! EasyParcel Self Service Centre for Booked Parcels
To improve your online booking experience, EasyParcel has launched a brand-new feature — the Self Service Centre! This tool lets you manage your shipments easily, right from your dashboard, without waiting for customer support. Best of all, it’s completely free!
Here’s what you can do with it:
Select a Drop-Off Point for Missed Collections
If your scheduled pickup was missed, no problem — just drop it off yourself!
How to do it:
Go to Support on your dashboard and click Self Service Centre.
Click Missed Pick Up.
Under the Drop-Off tab, select your parcel and choose either a Pgeon Point or courier branch.
Pick your preferred location and click Drop-Off.
Confirm your selection — and you’re good to go!
Remind the Courier for Missed Collections
You can also request a follow-up pickup.
How to do it:
Go to Support > Self Service Centre.
Click Missed Pick Up.
Under the Remind tab, select your parcel and click Remind.
Choose to wait for a collection or switch to drop-off.
That’s it — wait for your pickup!
Rebook with a New Courier
Want to switch couriers? It’s simple.
How to do it:
Go to Support > Self Service Centre.
Click Missed Pick Up.
Under Rebook, select your parcel and click Rebook Courier.
Choose from the available couriers.
Confirm your selection.
Print the new Air Waybill (AWB) and attach it to your parcel.
Change to a Drop-Off Option
Need to drop off a parcel you initially scheduled for pickup? You can switch anytime.
How to do it:
Go to Support > Self Service Centre.
Click Drop-Off.
Under the Drop-Off tab, select your parcel and choose a Pgeon Point or courier branch.
Confirm your choice.
Drop off your parcel at your selected location.
Take full control of your shipments starting today!
