April 2024 Product Updates: Enhancing Unified Commerce for Smarter Selling

EasyStore April 2024 Product Updates
[Membership] Loyalty Program Facelift
Your loyalty program just got a lot more attractive and easier to use—both for you and your customers.
Customers can now:
View a dedicated Loyalty Program page showcasing available tiers and their benefits
- Click into their membership tier to explore current perks and available upgrades
Use a Point Calculator to see how many points they’ll earn with each order
- Track Point and Credit History to stay engaged
- Get Voucher and Points Expiry Reminders to encourage redemptions
You can now offer more flexible earning and redemption options:
Assign points for specific actions like new sign-ups, birthdays, or normal orders
Set Minimum Spend Requirements for redemptions
Apply Usage Caps per order
Manage Manual or Automatic Point/Credit Clawbacks (e.g. for canceled orders)
[POS] Order Return and Refund
Managing returns and refunds is now easier than ever—right from your POS system.
For Returns:
Select the return reason and quantity
Add internal notes and notify customers via email (optional)
Complete the return with a single click
For Refunds:
Choose between credit or cash refunds
Specify the refund amount and reason
Optionally claw back earned points from the order
[POS] Accept Payments via Payex Terminal
Merchants using mobile POS (e.g., tablets or phones) can now accept credit card payments with the Payex terminal—without needing an NFC-enabled device.
Just ensure both devices are connected to the same internet network
[POS] Tap-to-Pay with AsiaPay
AsiaPay is now integrated into EasyStore POS.
With the AsiaPay AppPay installed, you can accept contactless payments—no external terminal needed.
A great addition for pop-ups and mobile-first sellers.
[POS] Schedule Pickup
The Schedule Pickup feature is now available on both mobile and web POS versions. It also supports third-party pickup apps for added flexibility.
[App] 1 Utama App Integration
If your business operates in 1 Utama Shopping Mall, you can now sync sales directly into their system.
Just install the 1 Utama app from the EasyStore back office for seamless reporting and retail management.

[Admin - WhatsApp Broadcast] New Message Blasting Flow
No more manual template creation!
Here’s how the new flow works:
- Input your message
- EasyStore automatically generates a template
- The template is sent for Meta approval (usually within 1 minute)
- Once approved, your broadcast is sent out
Simple and fast.
[Admin - Locations] Store Visibility Setting
Control what store locations your customers can see.
From Settings > Locations, choose whether a location should be:
Visible to customers (e.g. showrooms, retail outlets with business hours)
Hidden (e.g. warehouses or locations used for backend inventory sync only)
[Admin - Customers] Filter by Credit & Point Balances
Segment your customer base more effectively with filters for Credit and Point balances.
Use cases:
Offer special deals to customers with 500+ points and less than 10 credits
Identify VIP customers with high point balances (e.g. 2,000+ points) for exclusive offers
Incentivize redemptions and increase repeat purchases with tailored campaigns
[Facebook Conversion API] New Parameters for Better Tracking
We’ve added Browser ID (fbp) and Click ID (fbc) to enhance Facebook Conversion API performance.
These parameters help:
Track customer actions across devices
Attribute conversions to specific ad clicks
Improve tracking accuracy
Comply with privacy regulations
With these updates, EasyStore continues evolving to keep you ahead of commerce trends while helping you deliver exceptional customer experiences with less complexity.
