EasyStore Product Updates: Q3 2019 Recap
The third quarter of 2019 has flown by — and with the holiday season just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to get your store ready for the upcoming shopping rush!
From July to September, EasyStore introduced a series of new features and enhancements to help merchants work smarter, sell better, and grow faster. Here’s a quick recap of what we’ve rolled out over the past three months:
1. [Admin Panel] Store Listing with Preview
Managing multiple stores just got easier. You can now view your store listings with a background preview in block form, making it quicker to find and manage the store you need.
2. [Admin Panel] Customize Theme on Mobile
Now you can edit your store’s theme directly from your mobile or tablet — anytime, anywhere. Update your banners, images, and store appearance on the go, perfect for the holiday gifting season.
3. [Admin Panel] Marketplace Order Numbers Display
Easily match your EasyStore orders with marketplace orders as both order numbers are now displayed side-by-side on your order listing page. Plus, you can copy any order number with a simple click.
4. [Admin Panel] Search & Filter Marketplace Orders
Locate specific marketplace orders faster with the new search and filter functions, designed to streamline your order management.
5. [Admin Panel] Bulk Download EasyParcel Airway Bills
Goodbye to repetitive clicks! You can now download all selected airway bills at once via your order listing page, saving time and effort.
6. [Admin Panel] Quick Edit Product Variant Sequences
Rearranging product variants is now simpler — just rename the variant and the system auto-updates its details like inventory and price, without needing to reinsert data.
7. [Admin Panel] Birthday Field for Customer Registration
Build stronger customer relationships by collecting birth dates during registration. Use this to send birthday wishes, exclusive vouchers, or special offers.
Note: Available for specific themes — WAVE, LUCKY, X-FORCE, and upcoming new themes.
8. [Admin Panel] Redesigned Customer Profile Page
We’ve revamped the customer profile page to give you more useful insights:
Standardized phone numbers (international format)
Auto-calculated birthdays and zodiacs
Auto-generated Google Maps location from addresses
Purchase history display
Corrected Chinese name display order
9. [Feature] Auto Payment Reminders
Enable auto-send payment reminders to customers via email 6 hours after an order is placed, so you never have to manually follow up again.
10. [Feature] Hidden Facebook Messenger Pop-Up
To improve user experience, the Facebook Messenger pop-up will now only appear when customers click the chat icon — no more intrusive pop-ups.
11. [Feature] Facebook Marketing Center
No more installing multiple Facebook-related apps! Now, with a single setup in the Facebook Marketing Center, merchants can access:

With this, our merchants do not need to install the apps separately and go through the setup progress for each feature. This new update only requires a one-time setup to activate the features:

12. [Theme] New Theme – WAVE
Introducing WAVE, a modern theme designed to enhance your store’s shopping experience with multiple layout improvements.

13. [Storefront] Thai Language Support
Expanding to Thailand? Now you can localize your store in Thai, including buttons, menus, collections, and checkout processes.
14. [Storefront] Spam Order Detection
We now automatically detect spam orders and prevent them from being recorded in your store’s order list.
15. [App] Use Shipping Details as Recipient in EasyParcel
Based on feedback, EasyParcel now uses the shipping address as the recipient’s details for airway bills — ideal for gift orders.
16. [Payment Gateway] 14 New Payment Methods via iPay88
We’ve added 14 additional payment options for iPay88 users, and EasyStore merchants can claim a free iPay88 account.

17. [Payment Gateway] Stripe Connect Integration
Stripe Connect is now available, offering a quick, seamless payment setup with EasyStore. Malaysian users can also look forward to FPX support coming soon.

18. [Payment Gateway] Omise Supports Credit Card 3D Secure
For extra fraud protection, Omise now supports 3D Secure authentication, adding a second layer of security with OTP verification by the cardholder’s bank.
19. [Service] Migration Service Now Available
